This was my final project for my advanced photo class.  I used a holga camera with color slide film cross-processed.  When the viewer first approaches the piece, he or she might think they are just looking at some odd landscapes.  Then once they read the caption they realize that each row is a different place where someone has died recently in the Salt Lake area.  The photographs then take on a completely new meaning to the viewer.  The photographs were taken from the victim's point of view, forcing viewer to see the images the victim saw right before they died, giving them the feeling of how quickly life can end.  The colors give the photos both a seductive and sinister edge.  Overall, I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
